Here at East Brook Fitness we offer an incredible array of classes, from the high-energy Zumba classes, to the calming balance of Yoga, and the empowering Strength and Conditioning classes. With such diverse offerings, there's something tailored for EVERY BODY. Come join us and explore the variety of classes we offer every week!

Zumba

Follow along to a cardio inspired, choreographed dance made to boost your mood and define your muscle tone. Great for your cardiovascular system, this class will get your blood pumping!

Yoga

A great way to wind down after your day! Our yoga class is suitable for beginners, masters and everyone in between. During class there will be a variety of poses utilizing sun salutations, standing, and seated positions, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Poses are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Great for mind & body!

Fitness Foundations

Build a strong foundation to effectively accomplish your fitness goals. Performing your exercises with proper form is the basis for proper mind-muscle connection and growth. This class will provide you with all the knowledge necessary to safely and effectively take on your fitness journey! 

Senior Fitness

This low intensity workout class allows you to connect with your body and feel a full body burn. Senior fitness will strengthen your body, improve your posture, mind muscle connection and health. Offered for all members as well as specially offered to Silver Sneakers and Renew Active Members!

Absolute Body Burnout

This 45-minute class is composed of exercises specifically designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone your whole body. Utilizing a number of different ways to sculpt your physique with cardio, weighted and banded exercises! Absolute Body Burnout is exactly what is seems to be. Check it out today!

Strength & Conditioning

This 45-minute class is composed of exercises to tone your body and strengthen all around, suited for all levels! With this full body class, you will not only feel stronger but you will also improve strength, cardiovascular system and overall health.

Butts and Guts

This 45-minute class is composed of exercises specifically designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone your abs and glutes. We will target the entire core - front, back and obliques - as well as your hips, thighs, and butt.

Barre Fitness

Barre Fitness uses techniques from traditional ballet barre to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes while also incorporating stretching and core work to make your lower body burn! Improve balance, burn calories and increase flexibility while strengthening your core. This class works to stretch and strengthen vital muscles like the hamstrings, hip flexors and more.
